Social Return on Investment (SROI) is a framework based on social generally accepted accounting principles (SGAAP) that can be used to help manage and understand the social, economic and environmental outcomes created by an activity or organisation.
Results Based Accountability™ is the brainchild of Mark Friedman. In 1996 Mark established The Fiscal Policy Studies Institute (FPSI) to assist communities, cities, counties, states and nations working to measurably improve the well-being of their citizens. Since then FPSI has worked with state and local partners, from the public and private sectors, in over 40 states and countries around the world.
